The world is changing, and India is growing at a faster speed to match global standards. Therefore, Microsoft is bringing some change for you in its pricing.
As Microsoft periodically assesses the impact of its local pricing of products & services to ensure there is reasonable cost alignment across markets. These price changes are the result of this assessment.
The major highlights of these price changes are:
- Indian rupee prices for enterprise cloud services will increase by 10%.
- On-premises enterprise software prices will increase by 15%
- This adjustment will be effective from January 1, 2017.
- The last price change happened in 2013.
You can still take advantage of low prices to purchase products and cloud services and lock new contracts at the existing price level until December 20, 2016.
