Foetron’s Learn and Grow (FLAG) Program aims to provide students of partner universities an opportunity to learn from first-hand experiences and an environment that drives growth. Selected students get a chance to participate as a team and run themselves like a young enterprise.
This learning experience becomes complete by following self-made marketing plans, sales strategies, targets and the support of mentors from Foetron Inc. The rules to participate are simple. The key qualification criterion needed is that you see yourself leading a team at Foetron Inc. In the near future. Foetron, in association with Microsoft India, brings to you an opportunity to assume the role of a business leader. With the support of our development team behind you and validated case studies to back you up, focus on the key skill needed to be an entrepreneur – tell people about your product and get business.
A team of 1 to 5 students is selected and is then is prepared to operate independently. With targets, strategies and team compositions you decide, this is an opportunity you must not miss. All teams and star performers will get performance based incentives and rewards.
The process to participate in the FLAG program is simple. Simply fill out the registration form, along with your team (choose a name for yourselves). For a university to be eligible a minimum of 20 interested applicants must register themselves.
After that, a student campus ambassador will be nominated who will be responsible for arranging an orientation session for the interested students within the campus. After the session is conducted, we will be conducting short interviews with interested teams. It is important to note that you will be selected or not, as a team and not as individuals.
Selected participants of the FLAG program will be required to attend three training sessions that will tell you more details about what this program will include. Once the learning session is complete, you will be required to submit a business plan, outline your operating strategy, decide your targets and implement the plan.
Performance based incentives of up to USD 2500 Or INR 1,50,000 and rewards including access to Microsoft Cloud Services and devices, gift cards and much more will be for the taking.
